Members, rostered players, or invited skaters only. The listing's access chip tells you: 'team or club only', 'membership required', 'evaluation required', 'invite only', 'private rental'.

Varies: team practices, club training, private lessons.

Per the organizing team/club.
Access & cost
Restricted. If a session shows a red access chip, contact the organization about joining; don't just show up.
