Weekly development program for players ages 9 to 14 who can skate, stop, and turn unassisted. The emphasis is on skating and skills before progressing into tactical and game-like drills; full gear is required.

Technical skating for hockey players: stride, edges, speed.
Full hockey equipment; some programs allow no-cage for older teens. Stick sometimes used, pucks rarely.
